It’s been a good year. Well, more accurately it’s been a good 26 of them actually. I’m getting deja vu from 25, and 24. Which is a lucky kind of deja vu to have.

And, on the topic of years, this seems to have become a yearly occurrence for us, which I’m not mad about. You and I? We’re old friends, so this time in between drinks doesn’t really phase us does it. And while we haven’t been speaking as much, the last year has been a wonderful one. And if it’s anything to go off, I have a feeling 27 is going to be something really special.

And 28. And 29.

But, I’m getting ahead of myself. Let’s slow down. You and I, we’ll take this next year one day at a time.
